CVI.CHE 105, Coral Gables, FL.

CVE.CHE 105 is a small Peruvian restaurant chain in South Florida consisting of seven locations, and it’s easily one of the top 10 restaurants I’ve ever tried.

Dinner starts with a complimentary basket of crispy plantain chips and savory corn nuts. The flavors alone let you know that you’re in for more great things to come.

The mix of Peruvian and Japanese-inspired dishes is out of this world, and I can guarantee that every single menu item is solid.

Dinner here set me back about $127, but it was worth every penny. I’d do it again, and again, and again!
