Brickerville House Restaurant, Lititz, PA.
I stumbled upon this place years ago on a family trip to Lancaster. Brickerville House Restaurant has amazing breakfast, and it’s definitely on my top 3, mainly because of some unique options.
The corned beef was fresh and not like the canned form that most places offer, it sounds crazy, but I do prefer the canned corned beef hash. The German style potato pancake was unique and delicious, I’m used to polish style potato pancakes.
If you come here on a weekend, you will be waiting. The restaurant is fairly large and has small shops right next door. If you’re in the area, this is a must!
