Koji Fusion, Danville, PA.

Koji Fusion is a brand new restaurant on Mill St. (main st.), in downtown Danville, PA. It’s in the former location of PB&J Bar, and Pappas and is a very tiny place with a small amount of tables, so you may experience a wait time during rush hours.

I’ve been hearing great things about this place and the food pics look amazing, but came to find the food to be subpar. The staff are super friendly and the food came out pretty quick. Food ratings are subjective, but in this case, I dined with 3 other people and none of us really cared for the items we purchased, it was a tad on the pricey side being a little over $90 for everything in the photos below, which I don’t mind spending if the food is good.

I would still recommend giving this place a try and seeing what you think.

THE RATINGS:

  • Chicken Waffle Sliders: 6/10

  • Tuna Tataki: 4/10 (pretty fishy)

  • Shio Shrimp Ramen: 5/10 (not a lot of flavor, ramen wasn’t cooked properly)

  • Korean Beef Ramen: 6/10

  • Tofu Miso Ramen: 4/10

  • Brown Sugar Milk Tea: 7/10

  • Peach Lavender Green Tea: 6.5/10
