Located in the Allentown area, is one of the best Japanese restaurants that I’ve ever been to, maybe even one of the best restaurants overall. KOMÉ is located in a very busy shopping center, so you will want to make a reservation.
The service here was exceptional and the menu items were out of this world. If you’re in the area and you don’t stop by, you’re really missing out.

Tempura Udon: 8.5/10.
Saucon Valley Roll 8/10.
Sashimi & Sushi Combo: 9/10.
Honey Green Tea: 9/10.
Wagyu A-5 Sushi: 9/10. $40 for 4 small pieces, which is expected. It was good, but I’ve had better, I think I cooked it too long.
Foie Gras: 10/10. THE KING OF Foie Gras! The best I’ve ever had.
