The 15th Annual Berwick River Fest, Berwick, Pa. -October 8th-11th 2025
Berwick PA hosts a Riverfest annually, and it gets more and more jam packed every year. Try to get there before 11am or you will be parking far away. Admission is free and there are a ton of great food vendors.

Meatballs in Blueberry BBQ Sauce - 7/10
These were interesting. You get some blueberry, but not overwhelming.
D Squared Concessions
American Classic Smash burger: 7/10
This was pretty good, a little too much bun for my liking, but good overall. This place is known for their apple fries and those a 10/10.
Small Town Sips
Apple Butter Iced Tea: 6/10
Black Berry Lychee: 5/10. My daughter gives it an 8.5/10
Not a big fan of either of these drinks. The iced tea was very artificial tasing and the lychee tasted like old lady perfume smell, others may like it though, it’s just not for me.
Hewlett’s Hot Sausage
Hot Sausage: 5/10
Barely warm, felt slightly under cooked and lacking flavor. Hewlett’s has many different stands and has always been hit or miss over the years. The only stand where it seems consistent is at the Bloomsburg Fair at the stand next to the grandstand, near where the dog show is.
Alta Pizzeria & Pasta House
Fried Spicy Pizza: 8.5/10
I’m not sure what they mean by fried, but wow, this was really good. It has the right amount of kick and a great tomato robust flavor. I’d get it again, but this place takes forever. If you order here, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes.
