On the Hook Fish & Chips
I never really thought about how good of an idea it would be to start a fast food truck franchise and On the Hook Fish & Chips is just that. There was one that popped up down the street from me so I thought we would give it a try. The line was crazy long all day and overall, it was good, but sort of like Long John Silver’s is good. It’s fast food and very expensive fast food, coming in at $53 for what you see in the pictures (2 fish & chips: double the fries, and a small clam chowder.
